Rollyn Yost, Broker, has been teaching real estate classes since 1996. Rollyn takes pride in being up-to-date and knowledgeable regarding Texas and TREC regulations on all things relative to the purchase or sale of property in Texas. Her classes are extremely thorough and rewarding for the agents.

Kathy Carlisle, Realtor, has been teaching real estate classes for three years. Kathy enjoys teaching real estate and loves that agents can relate to her own real estate experiences. Her classes are fun and fast paced.

I became an instructor to help Realtors gain a deeper understanding of mortgage loan products and the loan approval process. With a 25-year career in asset management before transitioning to a loan officer in 2020, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every client interaction. I’m known for being knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and responsive—even outside of regular business hours. My goal is always to bring each deal to closing on the best possible terms, earning the trust of my clients. I’m married with three children, and one of my special interests is helping seniors better manage their housing wealth.

I am a dedicated professional with a passion for teaching and giving back to both referral partners and customers. With over 35 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I thrive on helping customers secure the best financing by carefully working through each file like a puzzle and ensuring they get the right solution. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing the smile on a customer’s face when they receive their keys. I take pride in fostering lifetime relationships through personalized, meaningful conversations. Outside of work, I’m happily married with two children, and I’m an animal lover with five dogs and three cats—always rescuing and giving back to those in need. I enjoy walking, reading, and going to the movies in my free time.

I’m known for building exceptional customer relationships and have a strong desire to help clients navigate the title process with ease. I’m dedicated to sharing my knowledge and providing support, with a true love for teaching and mentoring others. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful nieces, and I have a deep appreciation for live music and time spent by the water.

With over 18 years of experience in social media marketing, I specialize in helping Realtors enhance their online presence and connect with clients through impactful social media strategies. I provide coaching and guidance to help professionals feel confident presenting in front of audiences, as well as create engaging content that adds value to their brand. Known for my patience and strong listening skills, I tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each client. In addition to working with Realtors, I assist local businesses in elevating their social media game. Outside of work, I am a proud parent to a daughter in a veterinary program, and I enjoy traveling and exploring new restaurants with my partner, Vince.

With three decades in the mortgage industry, I bring extensive experience across both sales and operations. I spent over 20 years as the owner of a successful mortgage company, helping clients achieve their homeownership goals. Passionate about working with first-time homebuyers, I find great satisfaction in seeing the joy and excitement on their faces at closing. My long-standing expertise is appreciated by clients, and I take pride in providing personalized, knowledgeable service. Outside of work, I enjoy life on a mini ranch in Columbus, where I spend time gardening and working outdoors.
